In this document, "joye9", "we", and "us" refer to the joye9.onl platform and its operating entity. "User", "member", and "you" refer to any individual who is registered on or using the platform.

Compliance with these terms is mandatory to access all joye9 services. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the most recent version shall always take effect.

• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your VIP tier.

4.2 Bonus Balance Withdrawal

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Withdrawals will not be permitted until wagering is complete.

• Creating multiple accounts with false information to abuse bonus offers.
• Allowing another person to access or use your account.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

All game outcomes on joye9 are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, certified by an independent third party. Once a result is determined, it cannot be altered. In the event of a technical error, joye9 may void the round or arrange for it to be replayed.

Joye9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Providing False Information

11.1 Complaint Submission Process

2. Please provide a detailed description of your complaint, along with the transaction ID and any relevant screenshots.
3. Joye9's team will review and respond within 48 hours.
4. If a resolution cannot be reached by mutual agreement, independent mediation will be arranged.

11.2 Game Result Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, joye9's server logs shall serve as the definitive record. RNG-certified results are final and cannot be altered.
